Majority of my working career has been spent in the dude and guest ranch industry. Working in Yellowstone National Park for 5 years. A guest ranch in north central Colorado for just shy of 8. And then managing an equine mental health facility for a brief time. Growing up we always had animals. Goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, llamas… you name it, we had it. Participated in 4-H and FFA during my school years and as a child. My life has always been rooted in the western lifestyle and agricultural field. When I graduated high school, I continued to follow those roots into different states.
I currently reside in Arizona, my birth state, with my mother, 3 horses, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. I’m a certified equine massage therapist, enjoy reading, writing, and creating art. I’m also a baker at a local bakery here in our tiny town, and travel country wide for my photography. Capturing everything it means to be involved in the agricultural field. It’s where my passion lies, where I produce my best work, and where I can continue to meet new amazing people who also have a heart for it. Being a photographer was never anything I thought I would be doing. But, I have fallen so deeply in love with it. I also am in the process of creating a magazine called F.E.R.A.L which goes into further depth of women in the western lifestyle and agricultural field. Bringing to light just how impactful their lives are, and how much we need to support everything that the do and contribute.
It’s been limitless thus far and I’m always excited and eager to see what comes along next.
